AI-Powered Customer Support & Ticketing

Helpdesk and ticketing software built around your team, with AI where it helps

We build customer support and ticketing systems around how your team works: email, WhatsApp, chat and phone calls in one queue, every ticket routed to the right person and SLAs tracked so nothing slips. AI triage, drafted replies and AI calling are there when they remove repeated labour work, never forced where you do not need them.

  • Email, WhatsApp, chat and calls
  • SLA tracking
  • AI optional, never forced
  • Built around your process

Suggested reply AI assist, optional

Parcel held at the courier hub since Tuesday. Your delayed-delivery policy allows a priority re-dispatch.

“Sorry for the wait, Neha. Your parcel was held at the courier hub, so we have re-dispatched it on priority to reach you before Saturday.”

Illustrative tickets. AI assist and AI calling are optional: the helpdesk works fully without them.

Built around your team

Queues, categories, SLAs and routing set up the way your support actually works, not the way a template assumes it should.

Every channel, one queue

Email, website chat, WhatsApp and phone calls land in the same helpdesk with the same SLAs, instead of four inboxes nobody fully owns.

AI where it saves repeated work

AI triage, drafted replies and AI calling take the repetitive first pass, if you want them. Many teams start without AI and switch it on later.

How we build your helpdesk

Starting from how your team supports customers today.

  1. Audit

Your channels, ticket types, volumes and where time goes.

  2. Design

Queues, routing rules, SLAs and where AI helps.

  3. Integrate

Email, WhatsApp, chat and your order or customer systems.

  4. Teach the AI

Your help articles, policies and past replies loaded and tested.

  5. Launch

Live with your team, then tuned on real tickets.

Support that scales without hiring for every spike

Support teams drown in repetitive tickets long before they reach the issues that need a person. We build AI-powered help desk and ticketing systems that take the first pass for you: classifying, prioritising and routing every ticket automatically, and drafting replies your team can review and send in seconds rather than minutes.

Email, website chat and WhatsApp land in one queue with the same SLAs. The AI pulls up the customer and their order, finds the right policy in your knowledge base and shows its sources, so agents can trust the draft and correct it when needed. SLA timers escalate before a breach, not after it.

AI is optional. Many teams want a helpdesk built around their process first, and switch on AI triage, drafted replies or AI calling later, where it removes repeated labour work. It sits on the same workflow automation and AI agent foundation we run in production today.

Common questions

What is an AI helpdesk?
It is a ticketing system where AI does the first pass on every ticket: classifying it, setting priority, pulling up the customer and order, routing it to the right person and drafting a reply from your knowledge base. Your team handles the conversation instead of the admin.
Do we have to use AI?
No. Many of our helpdesks run without any AI: a custom ticketing system with your queues, SLAs, routing and reports. AI triage, drafted replies and AI calling can be switched on later, one at a time, where they save your team repeated work.
What is AI calling?
An AI voice agent that answers or makes routine calls, such as order status, appointment confirmations and feedback calls, in natural speech. Every call is transcribed and summarised on the ticket, and the caller can reach a person at any time.
Will the AI reply to customers on its own?
Only where you allow it. By default the AI drafts and a person sends. You can let it answer simple, low-risk questions such as order status directly, and everything else goes to your team.
Can you add AI to the help desk software we already use?
Often, yes. If your current helpdesk has an API we can add AI triage and drafted replies to it. If you have outgrown it, we build a custom helpdesk around your process.
Which channels can it handle?
Email, website chat, WhatsApp and phone calls, all in one queue with the same SLAs. Other channels can be added through their APIs.
How does the AI know our products and policies?
We connect it to your help articles, policy documents and past resolved tickets. Replies are grounded in those sources and show where each answer came from.
How long does it take to build?
A focused helpdesk with AI triage for one or two channels can go live in a matter of weeks. We start with the ticket types that take the most time.
